Born and raised in Hong Kong, I moved to the United States in August of 2005 to attain a degree in Cinema, with an emphasis in Production, at San Francisco State University. Because production design/ art direction was not an emphasis that was offered at school, I created my own education curriculum by combining Cinema Production and Theatre Design courses. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in May 2009.
While in school, I worked in a variety of art department roles on a number of short films and spec commercials in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. In June 2009, I moved to the other coast and am currently based in Brooklyn, New York continuing to do production design and art direction for films and television.
